6.1 Ownership: All intellectual property created by us during the provision of services will remain our property until full payment is received, at which point ownership will transfer to you.

- Limitation of Liability
7.1 No Warranty: We do not guarantee specific results from our services. All services are provided “as is” without any warranty.
7.2 Liability Cap: Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for those services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Termination
8.1 Termination by Client: You may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. Any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date must be paid.
8.2 Termination by Agency: We may terminate the service agreement if you fail to comply with these terms or engage in activities that harm our interests or reputation.
8.3 Post-Termination: Upon termination, all confidential information and intellectual property must be returned or destroyed as directed by the disclosing party.
9.Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions and the service agreement constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the services provided and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
