  • Initial Phase Refunds: If a refund request is made before any substantial work has been initiated on a project, a full refund will be granted. The “initial phase” is defined as the first 7 days from the date of payment.
  • Post-Delivery Refunds: If a refund request is made after work has been delivered, we will assess the situation based on the nature and extent of the delivered work and services.
  • Ongoing Services: For services billed on a monthly or recurring basis, refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial payment for the upcoming service period.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • If substantial work has already been completed and delivered.
  • If the dissatisfaction is due to factors beyond our control, such as changes in search engine algorithms, market conditions, or client’s failure to adhere to our guidelines.
  • For services involving third-party costs (e.g., PPC budgets, software subscriptions) that have already been incurred.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Review Process: Our team will review your request within 5 business days and may reach out for additional information.
  3. Resolution: We will notify you of the outcome of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original method of payment.

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where partial work has been completed and the client is not satisfied, a partial refund may be offered based on the percentage of work completed.

6. Dispute Resolution

We encourage clients to reach out to us with any concerns or issues before requesting a refund. Our team is committed to finding a solution that meets your needs.
